New Report: Building and Measuring Community Resilience: Actions for Communities and the Gulf Research Program

To gain a better understanding of the knowledge gaps, research directions, and approaches that could support the development of resilient coastal communities, the Gulf Research Program sponsored a study by the National Academies’ ResilientAmerica Roundtable. The resulting report identifies existing resilience measurement efforts, notes gaps and challenges associated with them, and offers recommendations for communities to build and measure their resilience.
