Twinning Grants Program

Summary: Administered by the Office for Central Europe and Eurasia of the National Research Council (NRC) with funding provided by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Twinning Program supports two-year collaborative research projects that link individual U.S. scientists with their counterparts in Central and Eastern Europe and the Newly Independent States (CEE/NIS).
