Richard Golaszewski received his MPA from the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in accounting from La Salle College. He is currently the vice president of GRA, Incorporated (formerly Gellman Research Associates) where he specializes in aviation economics, public policy and safety. He has conducted studies of airports, airlines, aircraft manufacturers and aviation infrastructure. He has also directed major studies of the appropriate role of the government in civil aeronautics research and international competition in civil aircraft manufacturing. Mr. Golaszewski has served as a lecturer at the Wharton School and La Salle College. He is a member of the Economics and Forecasting Committee of the Transportation Research Board and the Economics and Public Policy Technical committees of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Currently, he is program vice president of the Transportation Research Forum.
