Joseph Fuller, Jr. received an MBA from the University of Houston and holds a BS in Physics/Mathematics from the Texas Southern University. He is the President of Futron Corporation, a systems engineering and technology management consulting company serving aerospace, defense and transportation industries. He has been deeply involved in space program planning and management for over 30 years. His NASA experience includes 11 years at Johnson Space Center in diverse engineering and management program positions on the Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, and Shuttle programs, 2 years in the Office of the NASA Administrator, 7 years at Goddard Space Flight Center as manager of two major space flight projects, and as deputy director of Space and Earth Sciences. He has won many awards including NASA’s exceptional service medal. Mr. Fuller is part of the Industrial Advisory Board of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and also advises other firms.
