Raymond S. Colladay is the President of Lockheed-Martin Astronautics. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University and attended the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. Dr. Colladay served as the director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and as NASA's Associate Administrator for Aeronautics and Space Technology. Dr. Colladay also has served as a technical consultant to the Defense Science Board and as a member of numerous other committees and advisory boards, including the NASA Space Technology Advisory Committee, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, and the White House Aeronautical Policy Committee. He has received honors from NASA, the Department of Defense, and Presidents Reagan and Bush in recognition of his service to the country. Dr. Colladay is a fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the American Astronautical Society.
